Blue Color Schemes

All Interior Designers and Interior Decorators use the color wheel, some may not refer to it physically, as it is embedded in their mind from frequent use!

It helps take the guesswork out of creating color schemes, and is an essential tool for any new interior designer or interior decorator wanting to sharpen their color skills.

Below you will find color schemes derived from the color wheel for the Blue Hue.

You can use these schemes to create variations, for example using a tint (adding white to the color), or a shade (adding black to the color).

These are a starting point for creating a scheme. With the use of different tones and textures, a combination of fabrics, paints, wallpapers and carpets you can start by selecting a scheme that you like, choose one color as the base color and quietly add your accents according to the scheme.
